How much does Doris cost?

Three tiers, priced by how many rooms you have. Option One is £100/year + VAT (or £10/month + VAT) for up to 5 rooms and 50 members. Option Two is £150/year + VAT (or £15/month + VAT) for up to 10 rooms and 100 members. Option Three is £200/year + VAT (or £20/month + VAT) for up to 15 rooms and 200 members. Paying annually saves you two months — £20, £30 or £40 depending on the tier. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.

Are there add-ons?

If you need more members than your tier includes, add member packs: +25, +50 or +100 members for £10, £20 or £40 a year (+ VAT), depending on your tier. No per-user fees.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — up to 28 days, and no credit card to start. You won't be charged unless you decide to subscribe.

How does the trial work?

It builds up as you use it: 14 days when you sign up, another 7 when you finish setting up, and a further 7 once you've added 5 members — up to 28 days in total.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel whenever you like; your access carries on until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No notice period, no exit fee.

How does Doris handle my members' data?

Sparingly. For each member, Doris stores an email address and a display name — nothing else. It never holds data about the clients or customers your organisation serves; Doris has no need for it, so it never asks.

How is Doris different from enterprise booking software?

It isn't trying to be enterprise software. No sales call, no implementation project, no per-seat licensing. Doris is for small organisations that need something that just works — not a platform to administer.
